FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your rosaries handmade?

Yes. Each rosary from New Eve Rosaries is one-of-a-kind, and handmade by me, Emily. I make each rosary with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Do you offer custom rosaries?

Custom orders may be available in limited quantities. Please contact me through the Contact page to inquire about special requests, colors, or materials.

Are the rosaries blessed?

Rosaries are handmade but not blessed before shipping. I recommend having your rosary blessed by a priest after receiving it.

Processing Time

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any order over $75 qualifies for free shipping.

How are items packaged?

Each rosary is carefully packaged to protect it during shipping. The rosary is placed in a velvet pouch and shipped in a bubble wrapped package.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my rosary?

• Handle gently; rosaries are devotional items, not jewelry
• Avoid pulling tightly on chain or cord
• Keep away from water and excessive moisture
• Store in a pouch or box when not in use
• Avoid dropping onto hard surfaces

With proper care, your rosary will last for many years of prayer.

Faith & Use

Can I wear my rosary as a necklace?

Rosaries are intended as prayer tools. While some choose to wear them, I encourage respectful use as a devotional item.
